Site owner is optus and NBN will be in this site as well so the site is colocate.

Since the owner is optus, do we still need to add drawing E3 ?

    • December 27, 2017 at 3:27 am
      Daryoosh

No we don’t need to consider E3 for this site as you mentioned owner is Optus and NBN will be added later on.

Clarence Town road is closed to the site. Why the site access is off warren street which is far from site and can not be shown on drawing G2?

Site Address : 86 Warren Street SEAHAM NSW 2324

    • December 27, 2017 at 3:51 am
      Daryoosh

As we discussed before, there are two different type of access.
      Access path and access route.
Access path is already built access.
Access route means there is no road and you need to follow the route to access to site as shown on G2.
We have to show all streets or road to the site on G2.
But for this specific site i checked the PD and found out from drawing the access is via Clarence town road and it has been written by mistake on note 7 of PD.
At the end this is your responsibility to check access based on photos, access tab of FR and google maps to make sure what is the correct access on Detail design (FC) stage and you can not rely just on PD.

        Daryoosh

On today’s meeting we can check together to make sure what is the correct route.

As far as I remember cable ladder should not be connected to the bay of OTC with meter box (BAY2). Therefore I changed the location of cable ladder and I connected it to the BAY1?

*Actually cable ladder accommodates trunk cables so it should be connected to the bay in which technologies are installed.

    Please confirm.

    • December 27, 2017 at 7:45 am
      Daryoosh

If we have 2 bay OTC, yes you are correct.
one rack is for batteries and rectifiers and the other one is for other equipment which cable ladder goes through.
Please note for more than 2 bay OTC, scenario is different and cable goes to the rack which contains cable management equipment.

Refer to Document Survey or RFNSA

Coordinates are not the same in RFNSA and survey. Which one should be followed?

Latitude and Longitude have not been mentioned in Survey. Therefore, Latitude and Longitude is the same , right?

    • December 27, 2017 at 7:47 am
      Daryoosh

As we discussed before, In Greenfield sites surveyor goes to site and provide drawings with exact location of site so we have to follow survey, lease and licence lat. and long. always.

*FOR DETAILED CABINET LAYOUT REFER TO “BTS” TAB OF SSR.
*FOR DETAILED CABINET LAYOUT REFER TO OTC-211 TAB OF THE OPTUS STANDARD RACK DRAWINGS. (OM38349)

    Which one is more prefable?

INSTALL 1 x OPTUS DC POWER SYSTEM TO BE EQUIPPED WITH 7 x 100AH BATTERY STRINGS and 8 x OFF 2kW RECTIFIERS.

-my preferable sentence is first one but second and third are acceptable and note, it is exactly Huawei template wording. (second and third one)
